Where we carry out damp proofing, timber treatments or dry rot treatments, we will, upon final settlement of our account, issue a twenty (20) year guarantee. We are members of the Property Care Association (membership No. 5075), formerly the British Wood Preserving & Damp Proofing Association.

In addition, we offer an insurance backed guarantee, issued by Guarantee Protection Insurance Ltd, for a small one-off premium.

As per the industry standard, our structural waterproofing of basements and cellars carries a ten year guarantee.

If at any time you sell your property we will transfer your existing guarantee. Some firms charge a fee for this service – with M Mansell (Watford) the transfer of guarantee is completely FREE OF CHARGE!
